Why Novvot?
Named after a sweet that takes three days to grow.
Novvot (nuh-VOT) is crystal sugar from Uzbekistan and its neighbours. Syrup is left to crystallise on threads, sometimes golden with saffron, and the pieces are served with tea. It's small, it takes patience, and it makes an ordinary moment a little better. That's the bar for everything we build.
Novvot Labs was founded by a software engineer with more than ten years of experience building products people use every day.
